What can i feed 2-4 day old kittens?

ok one of our cats outside have had her first litter all of them died but two and i found the two last night on the front porch freezing stiff and barley alive but now they are warm crying and hungry but WHAT CAN I FEED THEM i know wall mart substitute kittens milk but i have no way to get it but can they drink human milk like the kind we buy in the gallon jugs? i have the blue kind and the pink which is better and how do i go about doing this?
