How do u make one of those chocolate dirt-cups with gummy worms in it?

since i have this project i have to turn in on monday i wanted to make one of those dirt cocolate cups with the little gummy worms in it and im sorry if u dont know what im talking about but i was wondering if u know how to make them thats if u know how so yea! thank u if u right back i aprechate it thanks :D
