Post Office Question?

Hey I ordered the NEW Motorola S9 Headset and some iPhone cases from buynowmobi.com which is a legal chinese website and my question is I live in Ireland and on the order it says it will take 7-15 business day for it to arrive and it has been more then that(16 days) I sent the guy a mail but no reply I need the product barcode to track it I don't have any info I used track-trace.com/post to find my order and it says its in Ireland and left Hong Kong on the 11th Aug 2010 my question is would I have to go to the post office to get my order or would they deliver right to my door IDK it did not metion about any couriers if I do have to go then what do I say to them can I have my order or any specific details?
