My best frnd & i have fallen 4 the same gal?

he has consolidated frndshp wid dat gal as they r in d same coaching institute n moreover heez a topper so d gal also consults him frequently 4 help.he has confessed his liking 4 dat gal 2 all our other frnds n so i have had 2 keep mum since he was d 1st 1 2 reveal his liking.i dont want 2 lose my frnd but on d other hand ,i just can't forget dat girl no matter how hard i try.d gal has never talked 2 me,i defeated her once in a debate competition n dats when v had come face 2 face(but no words).now,even d gal is showing interest in my frnd.i kno i dont stand a chance, n my major exams r also approaching so i want 2 4get her but i just can't.n yes,d girl is a very decent 1 so i dont wanna do anything 2 annoy either my frnd or her.what shud i do????????????
