I am having trouble ith my bowls,I can not eat and bowls are green and stomach hurts all the time.?

I have lupus and have had open heart surg. the valve in my heart blew so now i am on blood thinners.I had pain in the right side and went to the hospital they said it was my colin.I had surg. and its not my colin.But now i have new symptons my bowl is green and runny still, i am dizzy and stomach hurts i have been taken pepto like water to ease the stomach pain.I am on 8-9 diff. meds for my lupus and my heart.But now my eatting has completely gone i am affraid to eat anything other than crackers and oatmeal @ broth.That is what i have been living on and some toast for weeks. My doc says that i can eat what i want but i have tried and i always get sick.I beleive now i have a low grade fever and a headace but no doc. can see me now and i have to many er room visits and they never help long term they refer me to another doc. last time they checked my white blood cells it was 25,000 so i do not know what is going on.Is this my lupus acting up or something elce?
