Birthday party at Gaylord Texan?

Well my birthday is in October but it's always cold on my birthday. I go back to school in August and I wanted to have my party right before school starts. I want to have it at the Gaylord Texan in gvine. Is there a way i could get a discount because the rooms are kinda exspensive. Or how many people should I invite? I have 3 girls and 2 boys I want to come so... Could we fit in a room with 2 beds. Lol. I need a few ideas to do. I want to go zip lining or paint balling.
