Bbq chicken quesadilla?

im going to make some bbq chicken quesadillas tomorrow for dinner, im going to take boneless skinless chicken and grill them on my george foreman and then cut it into small bite size pieces then pour on some bbq sauce, then fill flour tortillas with the bbq chicken, crisp bacon pieces, green onions and cheddar cheese. then cook them in the oven until the cheese melts and the tortillas are crisp. what do you think? dipping sauce suggestions are welcome :)
