Are front dual disk brakes are better than a big single one on your motorcycle?

Yes, generally dual disc will be superior. Single disc can sometimes pull to one side during hard braking also. Not really sure what you mean by the wobble thing but if this is something that happens when you are turning and not applying brakes then dual disc won't help.
