What do I do? My 16 yr old son and his 15 yr old girlfriend are having a baby. Now they broken up.?

My son want talk to her and she keeps texting me. OMG!! kids, He said, She said, He's lying, she's lying. I started getting all the help for Sara, WIC, Medicaid, etc. She is 5 months along, being in an abusive home she couldn't tell her dead-beat-dad. Dept of Health called abuse hotline and Sara will probably be put into my care instead of foster home. I want to adopt my grandchild please some body tell me what to do.
