How come the puck flutters when I shoot the puck?

Let me start out by saying I have a P92 blade which is equivalent to a Sakic blade. Every time I perform a wrist shot on ice or a snap shot, or a slapshot. The puck flutters and doesn't perform a smooth spin as you see on T.V. Why is this? why does the puck flutter and doesn't spin smoothly to where I shoot?
