Is dubai only about underworld, crime and muslim dons?

You will see that there is a lot of money in Dubai and with money comes power and corruption, no matter what religion one is or what nationality one is. Yes they along with many other Muslim nations allow terrorist elements thrive in their nation. While the governments response to this is that they do not in any way condone terrorism they do little to stop it if anything. This is because as a rule the terrorism is focused away from their nations and their citizens. If it were focused on them then they would be doing a lot more about it. You have to know that many see those people as freedom fighters or holy warriors, so they aren't looked down upon as much. Dubai is a pretty country from a friend I have that has gone there. They are now working on making it more of a tourist place for the wealthy.
